Tri-County Junior/Senior High School

Saturday morning Tri-County student-athletes and coaches had the privilege of sitting in on a Zoom call with Penn State University Assistant Athletic Director of High Performance Tom Morris. Through Morris' course, Change Maker, he walked the student-athletes through techniques and strategies to help them cope with stress and adversity on the athletic fields as well as everyday life.
